In 2009, Thomas Ernst acquired the bicycle shop "Risibisi Velo", formerly owned by Rolf Herzog. After giving it the name "Velo Winterthur GmbH", the shop has been developed further and offers a wide range of different electric bicycles. Since 2006, Marco Kradolfer has been running the daily operations of the company.
